Registration Process
You can register for METROMEET via fax, e-mail or by filling the online Registration Form. Once we have received your registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
To register via Fax you can download the Registration Form in PDF format and send it to the following fax number (+34) 944 805 184.
Price
The registration includes
- Access to the conferences
- Free access to the comercial exhibition
- Printed and digital information material
- Attendance certificate
- Simultaneous translation English/Spanish
- Coffee, lunch and dinner
The registration price of METROMEET is 800 € (excl. 16%Vat).
Respond fast (NOW DISCOUNTS)
The sooner you arrange your registration the more profit you will enjoy. Like last year we have a special discount for the ones who make an early decision:
- 20% discount on any registration made before the 15th of February 2009
- 10% discount on any registration made before the 1st of March 2009
If you belong to a ‘special’ group as listed below, you can have discount as well, and of course those discounts count all the time.
- 50% discount for students/academics
- 20% discount for sponsors
- 15% discount for supporting organisation
- 10% discount for exhibitors
These discounts are not accumulative. If you apply more than one discount, only the biggest one will be taken into account.
Please register by Fax, Mail or Internet . After receipt of your registration, we will send you a confirmation.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be received by mail or fax before March 6. We will keep a 10% of the registration fee as cancellation costs. No refunds can be made after March 13.
