Registration Badges will be printed with your company logo/website. The badges will be distributed at Metromeetregistration desk. Attendees will use the Badge 3 days, it’s their key to the conference
Sponsor the free internet access for all delegates. Internet will be available in the Metromeet conference hall and Exhibition area. Your company logo will be mentioned in the organisation booth and in the congress hall.

The conference dinner is The social event during the conference; delegates will always have positive memories on the delicious Bask cuisine. Connect your company to this special moment by sponsoring the conference banquette. Your company logo will be visible on every table and will be mentioned in the organisation booth.
The conference pen is a good opportunity to have a connection with the attendees not only during the conference but even days, or weeks after the event. Your company logo/website will be printed on the pen and will be distributed at the Metromeet registration desk. Ensure your contact information stays in the attendees’ hands long after the conference is over.
There are several coffee breaks during the conference. You have the chance to sponsor this network moment. The Serving stations will carry signage announcing your company as a sponsor. Let us know which coffee break you would like to sponsor (see programme for schedule).
